An early 19th century blue and white transfer printed platter in the Camel pattern, or Gate Leading to Musjed at Chunar Ghun pattern, by J Rogers and sons, circa 1820. It shows scenes of the gate and a figure riding a camel. It has an impressed Rogers mark. It measures 16.75″ long by 13″ wide. It is in good overall condition. There is a missing-glaze spot underneath the rear top edge, from its manufacture, but no other damage.
