An early 19th century Derby part tea service in the famous King’s pattern, comprising : two tea cups and saucers, a teapot and stand, a sucrier and lid and a slop bowl. All pieces are marked with a red crown, crossed swords and “D” mark, which was used between 1800 and 1815. The set is in quite good condition. The teapot has a tiny chip to it’s spout. The stand has some fritting to it’s underside. The two cups each have a small hairline (less than 0.5″) under their rims.
