A Staffordshire ironstone transfer printed coffee pot and lid made by J Venables and Co of Burslem. It is decorated with a pattern called Union which shows a ploughman, a couple watching and a landscape background. It has a printed registration mark for 1852 and the title “UNION” on the bottom. It stands 10″ high and is quite heavy. It is in very good condition, no damage noted.
