A John Rose 19th century Coalport very large oval platter in the Finger and Thumb pattern. Circa 1800 – 1810. It has hand painted floral decoration with cobalt and gilt details and decoration to the underside. It measures 20″ long by 15″ wide. There is no maker’s mark. The platter has some wear, mainly to the gold leaf rim. There is no other damage.
