A late 18th century / early 19th century coffee can from the Herculaneum factory Liverpool , hand painted in the Dollar pattern. It stands 2.75″ high and is 2.5″ in diameter There is no damage, the colors are nice and bright. There is a little fritting on the inside base and a little rubbing to the paint from age and use but nothing serious. There is no maker’s mark. There are painted reference numbers on the base from a collection or museum which can be easily removed.
