A green/brown drabware dry bodied relief molded jug, 7″ high, depicting 19th century British soldiers. The bottom shows a stamped cartouch with ” published by Ridgway and Abington” Hanley, and a date which seems to be 1838 but it’s a little indistinct. Nice condition, no damage noted.
