A good quality English bone china mask lip jug, dated 1832. Maker unknown. Printed and painted on either side with a pithead scene, including engine house and inscribed in black enamel ” TP 1832″ and decorated around the neck , both inside and out, with black transfer printed floral reserves . It stands 7″ high. It has some minor firing cracks from its manufacture that are not too noticeable, one to the body, two to the neck and two tiny ones at the top of the handle. Only light wear and no restoration detected.
