A Staffordshire ironstone part dinner service in a bright imari pattern with gold leaf overlays., each piece having gadrooned rims. Circa 1825. There is no makers mark. It comprises of twelve 10″ diameter dinner plates, ten 10″ diameter soup bowls, six 7.75″ diameter side plates, a large platter 18.5″ by 14″, and two smaller platters 11″ x 8.5″. There is slight wear to the gold leaf on most pieces, except the soup bowls. There are no chips nor cracks or other damage.
