An early 19th century Spode ‘Dollar’ pattern platter, circa 1820. The platter is painted (not printed) with gilt highlights. It measures 14.25″ long by 11″ wide. It shows no makers mark. The surface is in fine condition for a painted piece this old with only very slight wear.
The base is fritted which has attracted some staining.
