A set of six of Staffordshire blue and white pearlware plates, circa 1790, decorated with a pagoda in a landscape, with embossed  feuilles de choux rims. There is no makers mark. They measure 8″ in diameter. Three plates show very fine 1″ long hairline edge cracks, visible from the rear. Slight discoloration and the odd “ding” to the edges but generally the plates are in above average condition for this type of china.
