A late 19th century Prattware cylindrical tobacco jar and cover decorated with a black banded classical scene with a Greek key border. Circa 1885. The base shows the Pratt company naked discus thrower mark. It measures 5.5 inches high and is 4 inches in diameter. there is some wear to the decoration but there is no damage noted.
