A large blue and white transfer printed water jug decorated with the rare “pleasure party” pattern and made at the Verreville Pottery, Glasgow Scotland by R A Kidston and Co., circa 1840. It stands 11.5″ high. It shows a makers mark of “R A K & Co.” and the pattern name printed on the bottom. Nice condition, a little wear but no damage.
