An early nineteenth century pearlware blue and white transfer-printed platter by Robert
Hamilton, c.1825. It is decorated with the Ruined Castle pattern. It measures 19″ long by x 14.75 ” wide. It is nice and bright and in good overall condition. There is a small under-glaze rim chip at the 7 o’clock position but no real damage.
